Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Because the products are wearable and hardware components cannot be reused and resold, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product as well as a 25% restocking fee to cover the costs of replacing the steel hardware and cleaning the jewelry, unless the product is defective.
